Black Oak works across sectors, and two in particular have shaped how the firm reads institutions. In higher education, the work has meant building academic programs, growing enrollment, and advising leadership through positioning and change. In public institutions and multilateral organizations, it has meant aligning ministries without power to compel them, managing development-funded programs, and communicating in environments where public trust is the outcome that matters.
